Terms of Service

By placing an order or submitting an enquiry with Vale & Grain, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required for made-to-order and bespoke commissions before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, import duties, and applicable taxes are not included in the listed price unless explicitly stated.

Natural Variation As all Vale & Grain pieces are made from natural materials, variations in grain, tone, texture, and resin detail are expected and are not grounds for return or refund.

Cancellations Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order and bespoke orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

Limitation of Liability Vale & Grain's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or damage resulting from improper use or care of the product.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
