Returns & Damage Policy

Natural Variation Vale & Grain pieces are made from natural wood and resin. Variations in grain, tone, texture, surface character, and resin detail are an inherent part of the material and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece individually unique.

Ready-to-Ship Returns If you are not satisfied with a ready-to-ship piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as damaged or faulty.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Orders Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted specifically for each client. Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, or design changes may not be possible. Any changes requested after production has started will be reviewed individually and may incur additional costs.

Damage During Delivery If your piece arrives with visible damage, please retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and the delivery label. We will review the situation and guide you through the next steps.
