Shipping Policy

Vale & Grain ships ready-to-ship and made-to-order furniture to Hong Kong and internationally where possible.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of each piece. For larger or bespoke items, shipping will typically be quoted separately before final confirmation.

Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are shipped upon completion of production.

Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Larger or more fragile pieces may require reinforced packaging or crating.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
